Jennifer Kelly Dominiquini | Managing Partner, Founder | Frontline Strategy Advisors

Utilizing decades of expertise in marketing, digital transformation, e-commerce, and corporate strategy, Jennifer Kelly Dominiquini has excelled as a managing partner and founder at Frontline Strategy Advisors—which provides consultation on brands and strategies for a wide range of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500—since 2021. The business was founded on the premise that an effective strategy needs to engage and be connected to the frontlines. She said, “Without this connectivity, most strategies don’t energize the organization and remain trapped in documents or presentations.” Frontline helps organizations develop actionable strategies to drive growth, digital transformation, and breakthrough innovation and often serves as a fractional executive addition to the client team.

A highly trusted analytical and creative marketing, digital, client experience, and strategy executive, she easily attracts new clients, establishes and nurtures a network of talents, and cultivates strong partnerships with companies. She previously found success as a chief marketing and digital sales officer at BBVA USA, “the digital bank of the 21st century.”

Originally equipped with a Bachelor of Science in international studies and Spanish from the University of Scranton, Ms. Dominiquini went on to bolster her expertise with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as received a Fulbright Scholarship through the University of the Republic in Uruguay. She launched her career as a consultant at Monitor and subsequently proved herself as a leader while serving as a principal at Strategos and an associate partner at Prophet. She went on to prove herself further as a leader in her role as the divisional chief marketing officer of Sears and Kmart, and CMO at Evite.

During her consulting days, she spent extensive time overseas, working in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Spain, and the UK. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

In addition to her primary positions, Ms. Dominiquini has lent her skills and experience as a mentor at the University of Chicago’s The Kilts Center and an adviser and a collaborator through the Center for Customer Insight and Marketing within the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin; she’s also active as an adviser to the Master’s in Marketing program at UT. She also fervently believes in giving back and showing gratitude as a civic-minded individual through the Elton John AIDs Foundation, The Center for Pursuit, the Fulbright Association, Rebuilding Together, and No Kid Hungry.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Dominiquini has been recognized in her field by being named among the “Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing” by Brand Innovators and accepted the CMO Social Responsibility Award from Club CMO in 2018. She is co-chapter president of Club CMO in Houston. Club CMO is a global organization of Chief Marketing Officers.

Ms. Dominiquini’s philanthropic efforts include a board leadership role at the Center for Pursuit, supporting those with autism and IDD. She also orchestrated the World’s Largest Bake Sales raising money for No Kid Hungry and the Food Bank for NYC. She was very active during storm relief efforts during Hurricane Harvey and Super Storm Sandy. She also led a program for Envoy Mortgage called the Gift of Home, providing mortgage assistance to frontline workers during COVID.

Looking toward the future, aside from remaining committed to staying pertinent in her role, she strives to continue to contribute through her mentorship skills. Having discovered the greatest fulfillment in collaborating with purpose-driven organizations, particularly those dedicated to making a positive impact in the world, she plans to extend her support to similar organizations to help them thrive.
